Shipping policy

Free US shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat $5 rate. Most products ship within 1–2 business days from our US fulfillment partners. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within the US. You'll receive tracking via email when your order ships. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship internationally via DHL and USPS, with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged on delivery. These are determined by your country's customs office and are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on carrier and destination. We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your building first, then email hello@glosserose.co. We'll work with the carrier to locate or replace it.
