Shipping (United States)

Free US shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat $5 rate.

Most products ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within the US. You'll get tracking via email when your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and USPS with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged on delivery. These are determined by your country's customs office and are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@glosserose.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll refund the original purchase price (minus shipping) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping + any duties paid.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your building manager first, then contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate or replace.
